Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for recharge and bill payment transactions.

1. General Policy

All recharge and bill payment transactions processed through our platform are final and irreversible once successfully completed. Users are advised to verify all details before confirming any transaction.

2. Successful Transactions

  • Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds are not applicable for successful transactions.
  • Incorrect mobile number, operator selection, or account details entered by the user will not be eligible for refund.

3. Failed Transactions

In case a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your wallet or bank account:

  • The amount will be automatically reversed to your wallet.
  • If payment was made via bank/card/UPI, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may take 3–7 working days depending on banking partners.

4. Pending Transactions

Some transactions may remain in pending status due to operator or banking delays. Such transactions are automatically reconciled within 24–72 hours. If the transaction ultimately fails, the amount will be refunded accordingly.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs for the same bill or recharge:

  • Refund will depend on operator confirmation.
  • If the operator processes both payments successfully, refund may not be possible.
  • Users must raise a support request within 48 hours for review.

6. Cancellation Policy

Due to the instant nature of recharge and bill payment services, cancellation requests cannot be accepted once a transaction is initiated.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

In case of payment disputes or chargebacks initiated through banks:

  • The account may be temporarily suspended during investigation.
  • Users must provide transaction proof if requested.
  • Fraudulent disputes may lead to permanent account termination.

8. Wallet Refund Policy

Wallet balance added for promotional or cashback purposes is non-transferable and non-withdrawable. Refunds for failed transactions are credited only to the original source.
