2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and updated information during registration.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating policies.

4. Description of Services

We provide digital financial and technology services including but not limited to:

• Mobile & DTH Recharge
• Utility Bill Payments (BBPS)
• Domestic Money Transfer (DMT)
• AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System)
• CMS & Banking Services
• API-based financial solutions

All services are subject to availability and third-party provider approvals.

5. Payments & Charges

• All transactions are subject to applicable service charges.
• Transaction fees once deducted are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateway providers.
• Users must ensure sufficient wallet balance before initiating transactions.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are processed only in case of failed transactions where payment is debited but service is not delivered. Refund timelines may vary depending on banking partners. Successful transactions cannot be reversed.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal transactions
• Misuse of APIs or system vulnerabilities
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform
• Violation of RBI / NPCI or financial regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the transaction amount involved.

9. Regulatory Compliance

Our services operate in compliance with applicable Indian laws and financial regulations. Users agree to comply with all relevant laws including KYC/AML requirements.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if any suspicious, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity is detected.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in your registered business city.
